LA Exotics for sale/need help pricing
http://www.ffcobra.com/forums/showthread.php?t=180508
So, what am I doing wrong? This lady would like to sell her husbands 90% to 95% complete LA Exotics Cobra, it's been sitting for two years since he passed away, he bought it in 1995.
I like to be able to help her sell it at a fair price, I have no interest other than she found my card, phoned me and asked for help. She was offered 15K, I told her not to sell untill I tried to get her some information on pricing, and that I'd like to meet the guy that offered 15K so I could........
I didn't know Charlie very well; I would stop by (as I was working just up the street for a couple of years) when I saw him working on his cobra, and we went to lunch a couple of times.
He restored two '65 Mustangs, worked at the Ford Plant, so he sorta knew what he was doing.
From what I can see, he did a beautyful job on putting together this Cobra.
I can get pictues of the Mustangs, if seeing his work would help.
I orginally did not realize that she did get an appraisal of 26K when the estate was settled, from the appraiser who knows less about Cobras (and LA Exotics) than I do.
If there isn't anybody in the area that can take a look, (Milpitas, California), then how about some opinions from the pictures?
I have 25 more pictures available to email.
Thanks, Wayne
