Anyone Run Fuel Line Down Passengers Side

Has anyone run the fuel line down the passengers side frame rail. Any Pics? The E-brake bracket is in the way making things difficult.

I didn't but I don't see why you couldn't. Mine comes up the driver side and over to the pass side fuel regulator and then over to the fuel rail.

I already ran the battery cable up the passenger's side. That darn e-brake bracket is right in the way.

I drilled holes in the front and rear of the main frame rail, then ran flexible braided fuel line inside the tube. Sealed around both ends with silicone. Fuel line comes up on the front passenger side of the engine, works great for the speed demon carb. I did not feel that these holes compromised the structural integrity due to the location chosen.

wfieldin If you have no clamps to hold your fuel line it is rubbing inside the tube. I have seen this happen from the vibration of driving. If you are going to leave your fuel line inside the main tube, get a can of Great stuff and fill the tube to stop the line from moving inside. Check the line before you do this. A frame full of gas could be a real interesting ride one day. Rick L. Ps we do this with 4 wheel drive hill crawlers for both battery cables and fuel lines.

I never notice until now that you are from E-Brunswick. Thanks for offering to help. I think I will be fine. I was just looking for any other ideas. I will plot my attack in the very near future.

I like the idea of running it in the frame rail and I torally agree, you must fill the frame rail with foam. Prevents any future problems.
