Windshield Height Needed

Does someone have the installed height of a Cobra windshield straight up at the center of the dash. I want to start building my full width roll bar. I am thinking it should be about 2 inches higher than the windshield, but I havn't received mine yet.

Thanks

I talked to Ron at B and B yesterday. He said Bryan will be gone for about ten days to some event.

Mine is 36 1/2 inches from the top center of the windshield back to the rolled edge of the fiberglass between the seats. I think thats what Bryan told me years ago! Jim

I just need to know how hight the windshield is. From the center of the dash straight up to the top of the windshield, what is that measurement? I need to make the roll bar about 2" higher than that. Thanks.

Wayne,

Mine is about 13 1/4" at center line of the windshield down to the center line of the dash and that depends on the rake of your windshield. I once had a hardtop on my Cobra and I needed to stand my windshield up a bit more than I do now.
