Well, my #670 is sold for 34K. While it is not what I had hoped for, it is the economics of the Obama Bin Ladin Barack times. Hopefully things will improve in 2012.

This could very well be the double dip in the cobra market, LOL!!! If it went for $34K someone got a heck of a steal!!!!!! If it went for $44K someone got a fantastic deal. You would have gotten more putting it on ebay than $34K. These deals come on about every 18-24 months but you have to watch for them every single day.

Appears BDR # 670 sold for $34,000 as he was asking $36,000 in the classified section of this forum. With a 347 stroker, this was a great price. Hate to see someone selling their corbra for that low a price (except if it was me buying it) Well this economy has taken lots of prisoners or victims but I hate to see this happen. GREAT BUY for whoever bought it. I think the cobra only had about 1200 miles on it also. Still new.

I think you have the wrong car, it had a polished Roush 427 and he was asking $49K in the classifieds:
Selling my Cobra with 980 miles......
Options.....
Speedway Blue by PPG with white stripes frame #611
black leather interior
17" knock off wheels
chrome fire extinguisher
Raydot mirrors
Chrome bumper overriders
Moto Lita steering wheel
3M rear fender protection
Limited Slip Differential
Roush 427R polished engine (also #611 coincidentally)
TKO600
VDO gauges
Driveline installed by Speed Fanatix in Florida

Looks like I am confused the $34K is not the car originally discussed. $34K for a 347 stroker sounds about right.

I got it now. It looks like #611 was the 427 Rouse that I thought he sold for 34k. He mentioned #670 sold for 34k. He must of had 2 BDRs???

ive had some interest and have a fair offer on the table from someone who drove quite a ways to see it on thursday. He was asking about transporting it to north Florida. Im not into leveraging or bluffing so i wont say what the offer was. Suffice it to say i think 49K is a fair price. I will throw in a soft car cover(no haze no scratches), Backdraft floormats, and i made a mistake in the mileage....it has only 952 miles. I will also itemize the car to save the buyer some sales tax if i can. Car is still available. This engine is the polished 427SR. I have all documentation including dyno sheet from Roush and i also have title in hand.....no hassle with banks to get it.
Anyone suggest ways to transport it to N. Florida?

I have said it before, in many instances a sorted "new" / used Cobra is the cats meow over new. I agree $49K is a fair price. I would not take a penny less than $45K and if I took that it better be cash in hand and take absolutely no effort on my part.
