Car is being delivered today!!!!
It is 1:43am and I can not go to sleep. I should be receiving my brand new BDR in about 8 or so hours. This has been a dream of mine since I knew what a car was. I can't wait to slide into the driver's seat (my seat) and crank it up, push the accelerator and hear it growl at me. Just writing this a smile is forming. Is this the way everyone feels about these cars?
Jay from Vintage Motorsports has documented the build via pictures over the last several months. Thanks Jay. From the pictures, you guys did a fantastic job. First class all the way. I can't wait to see my new Cobra.
All you guys out there contemplating...GO FOR IT.

The minutes will fly by like hours . If you think you had problems sleeping last night wait until tonight when it's in your garage.

Congrats....another PA BDR! It's almost 4 years later after taking delivery from Jay & Brian and I wouldn't trade it for anything. I still giggle like a little school girl when I jump on it...
Your day is about 20 degrees warmer then when mine was delivered...but low 20's didn't stop me from going out a few times...

I know exactly how you feel---I remember when the the lid came down, the ramps were pulled out and that great growl from deep inside the truck--it still sends chills down my spine! Let us know how long it takes until you go to bed without taking one last look.

How did you guess. All kidding aside, I went through the neighborhood so many times I think someone called the cops. I just pulled it in the driveway when he rolled by. That would have been great since I don't have a plate on it.
Back to the story. As soon as Jay started it on the trailer my lips automatically formed a "U". Amazing. Someone should look into the therapeutic properties of owning a Cobra. It's awsome.
