Default Backdraft Owners - how many of you keep all the BD logos?

So I got my new Backdraft #951.

There is a big backdraft logo across the windshield.
Two big logos on the seats.
A logo on the center of the steering wheel.
Two side badges where many put the 427 Logo.
Floor mats.

Then there are even options to add more BDR logos. Like the seat belt bezel

So what do you Back Draft owners do? Embrace them and play it up? Or do you eventually strip it all out? Or do you swap them out - replacing the side badges with 427 Logos or going bare?

I am just curious. I got my new windshield today (have not opened the box yet) - no idea of the BDR logo is on it or not.

I guess I am just looking for ideas and thoughts on what most people do.

I kinda like the logos...

But, it's your choice in the end. Do what makes you happy!

only logo I have is the windshield and the seat belt bezels, went with them because the standard bezels are sharp edged and were wearing through the belts!!!

Doesn't the newer Backdrafts have the logo on the shift handle and center caps on the spinners? I switched out the center cap on the steering wheel and installed a Moto-Lita 15" steering wheel. Also put on the Cobra badges on the nose and trunk. I left the logo on the windshield and kept the floor mats as I like they way they look. I have the powered by ford badges on the fenders also since I'm running a Ford Racing Boss 302 motor. I also bought one of those Cobra bags from finishline and placed my small tool kit in it and mounted it in the trunk. The bag is big enough to place a tool assortment, 2 fix a flat cans and misc tire repair tools in case of a flat. Have fun and personalize your toy as you feel warranted. Bob Q

I will be getting my BDR soon and I have already ordered the cobra logos for trunk and hood. I also decided to use the 427 logos on fenders even though I have a 351W stroked to 392. I struggled with the 427 logo decision but in the end it refers to the body style and not the engine. I am sure I will get the question a lot on if it is really a 427? I'm not sure exactly how I will answer this yet...I guess it depends on the person asking and if I want to have fun with it. I like the Backdraft logo on windshield, floor mats, and seat backs, so I will leave those as is.

When they ask you "Is it a 427?", you answer "Nothing THAT small!".

Default none

I have almost none. The BDR logo is on the floormats and an almost indistinguishable stamp on the wheel adapters for the Halibrand knockoffs - that's it. I have AC logos on the steering wheel and body to give the look some shred of authenticity and "Powered by Ford" instead of "427" on the quarterpanels. The seatbelts and all other parts are plain aluminum. Plus, the silver on the AC logo matches the car better. No window sticker at all.

Now, if BDR wants to talk about sponsorship money, we can add some . I promote BDR every chance I get, but I wanted the car to have more of a traditional look. That said, the sporty looking ones with all of the logos and stickers look good too. Just depends on what you want, I see some SPF's with all the doodads as well and they are kinda cool too. DO WHAT YOU WANT! WHO CARES WHAT ANYONE ELSE THINKS!!!

I took the decal off the windshield; replaced the steering wheel center; added a "cobra badge on the spinners on top of the Backdraft logo and replaced the shift knob with a cobra" one. The only BDR logos left on my car are the ones stitched on the seats, the floor mats and the side badges next to the louvers. I might change the side badges with the "Powered by Ford" ones.

My early #226 didnt have all the BDR decals. Powered by Ford, and AC on the center cap and the shifter knob. The only place BDR is on the mats. I like the look.

Here's some trivia... on a new BDR chassis, with the logos on the seats, how many BDR logos are on a car with stock components?

As a hint, there are a few you really have to look to find.

I have you beat, my car is 38 and the only place you can find BDR is on the ID plate over the footwell that I had to install.
