Shift knob

I have a five speed TKO and I want a shift knob with the five speed pattern.

The shifter is the the Ford type with the non functioning reverse lockout.
The shifter broke at the weld and my neighbor's son welded it beautifully.

Does any body have a source or suggestion for a black or white shift knob with a five speed pattern that will fit my shifter
