Default Racing Alignment Specs+Corner Weights?

Does anybody have the backdraft racing "suggested" alignment specs?

Also, how close are you getting on the corner weights? I'm going to the scale next week to see what it's at now, then will reschedule for the balance/alignment.

Thanks
Steve

Default Corner weights

Steve,

For race alignment specs give Regg a call at BDR. It depends on the tire your running. I'm running a bias ply Goodyear Racing slick that doesn't like a lot of negative camber. Regg has run just about every combination at the track and has always helped me with a place to start.

For ride height get the car as low as possible in the front without tire rub. Then set the back to 3/4 to 1" higher giving it a bit of rack. As for corner weights, the last time I" weighed the car it came in at 2699LBs. RT front 630LBs., LFT front 612LBs., RT rear 736LBs., and LFT rear 720LBs. These are with me in the car.

Good luck,
Mac

A suggestion, when you put the car on the scales have it the way it will go on the track, full tank of fuel, full of all fluids and you in the drivers seat......then go from there.........

Rpatton,

Yes that was with me in the car. Can't remember if the car was full or have tank.

Shouldn't the gas level be more around 1/2 since the only time it will ever be full is if you are at the gas station.
If my calculations are correct, WOT and 600HP will drain a 18 gal tank in under 20 minutes. But it will be a fun 20 minutes!!

just over 1/2 tank, 175# driver, this is stock how it came..
It's lighter than I thought at 2434# without driver. Their alignment rack is backed up for a month, so I will have to wait.
