Can you please help me identify this part and what it does? It has BackDraft stamped on it. It driving me nuts not knowing.........

The canister with black plastic knob is a oil pressure sender... Looks extactly like my VDO one. Follow the braided line back, I bet it goes to a oil passage.

The piece that is stamped Backdraft I bet is used to remote mount the pressure gauge.

Yep, it looks like an oil pressure splitter. Mechanical line in one port and an electrical oil pressure sending unit in the other port.
