Default What build improvements in the last 5 or so years?

I've looked at Backdraft for close to 10 years. Now really close to getting a new one. I remember reading about electrical issues a while back and maybe rear end problems (?) I see the battery has been relocated, I think. Just curious about other changes/improvements that I have not found. Or is there a history that I haven't stumbled across.

Just a curiosity question more than anything.

As an early Backdraft owner, I too would be interested in this.

Vintage Motorsports did a post a couple of years ago regarding the price increase on Backdraft. This thread explains the reason for the increase and the improvements to the car.

I just spent a couple of hours at Bakcdraft in Boyton Beach last friday. My car is a 2010 and see some nice changes in the car. The one I feel makes the most difference is the fit of the doors. The gap is much better. Not crazy about the interior. The carpet is of poor quality and the transmission hump looks bad to me, I replaced the carpet with wilton wool and looks superior to the factory car. The dash on the new car looks nice but I don't care about the padding. The glove box is ok but could be a lot better as it is not flush with the dash. Not so sure abut the electrical as I hope they changed the ground wire situation. I ran ground wires to all the gauges and resolved that problem. I have made so many mods to my car and enjoy making it my own.
