WTB: Looking to buy second Backdraft Cobra
I have sold my BDR #602 ... and I regret it
I would like one well maintained - not new, as I live in Europe thus warrenty is pointless and I want initial bugs sorted out.
Color and drivetrain is less important, most important is that you have taken good care of the car = no track wrack
The California smog title is of no use for me but a 1965 replica registration will be appreciated - first registration prior to 2011 is best for me... we pay 150% tax + 25% VAT on cars over here...
PS: If you are concerned about the trans Atlantic dealing - don't be... I wire the money to your bank after inspection, and I handle all shipment (done it several times)
Thanks
Henrik

I can understand your "seller's remorse" as I remember driving a rental car from Copenhagen to Aarhus and then to the Karen Blixen museum which you said is in your area. There were some really nice country roads that we travelled and are part of the fond memories of Denmark. It made me wish I had my car for the trip.
It will be interesting to read your evaluation of your replacement BDR compared with the first. In the meantime, I hope that you sold your car to someone who lives far away so that you won't be further torn by seeing it on the road.

Hello Henrik
I have one for sale. Built in April 2016, registered as a 65 Roadster, magnetic grey/black stripes, less than 2k miles, Coyote engine, all the problems specific for these new cars (up to now) are fixed, a few extra upgrades and improvements. Let me know if you are interested.

You should have called me... I live 1 mile from Karen Blixen Museum...
I always have a spare guest room or/and a cold Carlsberg - don¨t be a stranger
Good news is that the guy that bought my 602 lives just North of the German Border - so as "far away" from a me as possible in little Denmark Bad news is I will meet him at the Cobra meetings

Hi Ramo
Thanks - you have a very nice Cobra, but due to the crazy tax regulations I would like it to be a pre 2011... my 602 (2008) was "only" $ 60.000 in Tax - a 2016 is close to $ 120.000

Check your email. I just got a car in that is titled as a 1965 and has low miles on it and in excellent condition. It's Indigo Blue with White Stripes, 427, TKO600, etc.
