Backdraft Billet Start Button from VMS
We have a limited stock of these metal engine start buttons that we use on our builds here. This is a relatively direct swap to the plastic buttons that are coming on the cars now. This button could be swapped into older cars as well if you either file, grind, or drill the hole in the dash larger.
You can purchase here: Welcome to VINTAGE Motorsports Online Store

Jay,
I see that you have billet control knobs in your store. Do you have any of these anodized black?

Not at the moment. I usually powdercoat them. But I like the idea of anodizing them. The next time we send things out I will get some done.

You will have to open the hole up. The current cars have a bigger start button and that's what we made it to fit.

Like the start button and will order one this weekend ! Any options to replace the plastic ring on the ignition switch that doesn't stay tight and breaks?

Just wanna say a big thank you to cashburn, received my new push start button as well as the white gear shifter handle, cheers for the adapter u recommended for the standard BDR stick shifter, looks stunning.... Didn’t need to open up the hole in the dash, starter button popped straight in, amazing how a couple of small changes to the cockpit gives it another look... loving it..
Appreciate you shipping it down under all the way to Australia, wish I had u guys round the corner from me, you’d probably need a restraining order against me to keep me outta ur shop... wife might beat u to that thinking about it. Any ways cheers...
ps r u guys still stocking turkey pans?.

We are making them to order. Takes about 3 weeks to get one out. You can still order here: Turkey Pans by VMS
One thing to note we have a different pan for the Holley EFI setups. Interesting thing to note on those they have the architecture different than the Holley standard layout and you're throttle linkage will have to move outboard with it. The unit is also wider so the pans have to be larger.
If you are buying a pan and think you may go to the Holley EFI in the future then I would suggest getting the EFI pan.

Any back-of-dash tips/pics to install these new billet switches. Anything I should do first? Special tools required?
