This is why we own a Cobra!
I always enjoy taking a friend on a ride with me. I took my buddy out for his first ride in my car; he talked the entire ride ...until he couldn't.

Great video and I really like the acceleration part. Taking friends for rides really surprises some of them. Thanks for posting the video.

I used to lose my caps also until I got a small bungy cord with wide clips on each end. I then fastened one clip to the back of my cap and the other to the back of my shirt collar. When the cap blew off the cord would keep it fastened to me until I could get it back on.

I'll have to try that. I even bought one of those flex fit caps and turn it around, but I still have to hold it down over 60 mph.
(I hate the top of my head getting sunburn )

Fun video!
I wish I had a camera on my father in law when I took him for a spin.
His Porsches and Ferraris left him ill prepared.

Reminds me of that story about CS putting a $100 bill on the dash when taking someone for a test drive, and if the prospective customer could lean forward and grab it while Shelby was accelerating, he could keep it.
And that was in a 260
Cheers,
Glen

Great video. I recently had a similar experience but did not record it. I took a buddy for a first ride. When I nailed the gas, I heard him gasp over the noise of the pipes. It was all he talked about for the rest of the day.

First-time riders should wear a diaper. Too many first-time riders have soiled undies!

I was going to take a friend for a ride in the Coupe but he was to fat and couldn't get into the car. But the ones that I have taken for rides really had fun and talked about it for days.

Took my brother for a short ride in mine right after I finished it. He posted on Facebook a day later that he thought he may have wet himself during the ride....
