BDR Ride Height & Alignment?

The manual that came with the Roadster suggests some BMW alignment settings. But there is no mention of the ride height. Using the 15" tire/wheel combination, and assuming mostly street (vs track) use, what is the preferred front and rear ride heights? Also, please indicate where on the frame you are taking these measurements.

Is everyone using the BMW alignment specs, or have you found better settings?

Finally, has anyone experienced any coil spring "settling" after they set up the suspension originally?

The changes we suggest for the alignment are as follows. If you intend racing the car please contact your dealer to get a different spec.
1. Rear Camber to be set between 0 and -0.7
2. Rear toe to be set at 0.25(Toe in as far as spec allows)
3. Front toe to be set at 0.22(Toe in as far as spec allows)

Ride height is preference. Two fingers on the front wheels works well and you may want to pick up the rear a little. The rear of some of the cars has softer springs than the newest cars.(I don't know the build number deviding line) If you have softer springs, a pair of coil-over shocks to replace the stock rear units is a perfect fix. You'll never really notice unless your under hard acceleration and hit a big bump, then is bottems out.

Do you know what "two fingers" translates to inches at the frame?
I assume that your camber # is in ° degrees, and toe is in inches?

Sorry, I don't know the frame height. I'll measure it when I get into the shop tonight.

Sorry...more questions:
Is the front camber also 0 to -7°? This is quite a range & I can't imagine a street car having over -2° or -3°.
Is caster adjustable front or rear?
