Non-MSD Wiring diagram
Backdraft should consider including a Non-MSD wiring diagram in their builder/owner's manual. With some terrific help from Reg, this turned out to be very easy to install in the BDR, but had to develop my own wiring schematic.
Here's a pic of Tom Farhood's BDR Patriot Blue #101.
302 with Mallory Unilite dist and filter, Pertronix coil, Summit one-wire alternator, OE Ford starter with solenoid and ballast resistor. Very inexpensive combination and works well.
