I had horrid results with Passport, so bad I called the President, Bob Pass to get his involvement.

Don't Use Passport !
I absolutely agree with TC... Passport was simply horrible. Rather than ranting on and on, I'll just leave it at that.

I used Intercity to ship my Cobra from Fresno to Atlanta. The experience was so good, I wouldn't consider any other transporter. I made a decision between Intercity and Fed Ex/Passport which are the 2 companies Barrett-Jackson recommends. Cost was $1800 with both carriers.

Ditto on Rich Lacey. Can't say enough good things about his service when he brought my ERA from Conn. to Colo.

Rich Lacey would be my choice also. He delivers on time and as promised. His word is his bond and he loves these cars. He is not always the cheapest but you usually get what you pay for. It amazes me how many people will spend $50,000 or more on their Cobra and scrimp to save a few hundred buck to have it shipped.

Letitbe,
Out of curiosity I mapquested the distance from OKC to Boynton Beach and it's about 1475 miles FYI.
When you do decide who to use and when, will you let me know? I've got some wheels/tires and other parts I need to send back to Reg. Thanks.

Hey Mine is in FL too! I am calling Stewart today to get a price from Collin. I'll fill you in on my findings.

Stewart has no trucks going to FL as of now. I'll keep trying other places...Collin suggested Mills Transport(Ken)-I just left a message for him.

Sal, my car was on their truck for 3.5 weeks after pickup from Provo. I went with them as they could give a firm pickup and delivery date and they were right at the same price as Intercity. That 3.5 weeks likely would have been more had I not gotten Bob and Cliff Pass on the phone to complain. This was before becoming a FedEx company I need to note.

Sal,
I still have litigation pending so I would prefer not to comment publicly... at least not yet. Please PM or email me.
