Default Build Number

Is there a web site that posts what number of build the factory is currently doing? Also, I bought a used backdraft and I'm not sure of the build number. Is there a way to find out? Thank You , Dan

Dan,
Is there a plate on the driver's side wheel well or firewall that says "build number 00xxx"?
I have an earlier BDR which did not have one. It was not the 3 last digits in my VIN either.
The factory was able to help me out with a phone call.
Happy Motoring,
John

Thank you. You are correct, there is a tag on the fender well, the build number is 127. I just uploaded my pictures to my Gallery. They are taken in Southern Cal. , soon I will have new ones from here in San Juan Island, Wa. Does anyone know where I can order some great looking dash Knobs for the heater, lights, and wipers. I have looked at some sites on the internet and have not seen much. The black plastic ones I have now, have got to go.

We used a set from Billet Specialites on our custom dash:

If you also are interested in the metal dash we have those in stock... though it recquires larger gauges.

For knobs and what not - pick up a copy of Street Rodder magazine. Many venders in there.......
