A little history on the color combo that Eric (maybe others might find interesting). Reg picks the colors every couple weeks for batches of cars to be built at the factory. He was looking for something a little different than the very popular sterling grey / silver. He flipped through the book and settled on the BMW color Aspen Silver... right next to it was Titan Silver. And they looked good next to each other.
There you go Eric. Meant to tell you this when we dropped her off. It's a good little story.

Thanks for the info Cashburn,
I've been following BDR cobra's for more than a year now, just not in a position to be able to purchase yet, but the day will come

She's legal! I got the PA title inspection completed today and initiated the title transfer with the state. I have a shiney new plate in-hand...took her out twice, despite 30 degree weather and wind chills in the teens (standing still)....

Eric,
Holy smokes! You made that too easy... I could use a PA sales rep and registration advisor! Any chance you can come and hang out with us in Atlantic City for a couple hours? Drinks on me during booth duty!

Notes to add on the wide seat option... word is the cars are receiving a 1 inch wider seat for the last year or so. I did notice the cars grew to my extra couple pounds this year Too bad all my jeans did not.

So you're saying I have the wider seats? Oh boy....
Good news is I'm down another 2 pounds or so since I saw you last Friday...guess I should keep on dieting!

Well...I received a new license plate and registration in the mail yesterday...also a PA VIN plate. I guess they didn't have a problem with my paperwork! Now I have to chop the new plate to fit around the trunk handle like I did the plate they gave me before and affix the ugly VIN plate on the passenger side firewall...
Not sure what you guys are talking about...registering a specially constructed vehicle is easy!

Gary Here # 426. Its well worth the wait. I felt the same way. I'm not sure how much longer you have, but just forget about the minutes and secs for a bit and clean out the garage to keep your mind at ease for that big day. I got mine in 10/06 and have just under 2500 mile so far. You'll have plenty of riding time.
