I do not know what is included in your kit but the Holley kit did have several options Summit just dident inform me.

The system I'm using comes as a complete kit, all but o2 sensor installed. But your right, Summit is not fourthcomming with parts that may be needed for the main parts your purchasing. I've been burned on that before by Summit.
