Default Front Ride Height

I had my car jacked up yesterday to track down no clutch pressure problem.Looks like bad slave cylinder.When had car up the spring was falling out of top bucket so I spun the collar up to hold it in place so it would center when I put it back on the ground. I forgot to mark original location. I ended up going with 2 3/4 inches of threads showing beneath the collar.Is this close to what you guys are running and how low can you go before the tires rub in the fender wells.

Hi There,

Start Set The Frt Springs At 2" (2" Of Thread At The Bottom)

Then Set The Hight Relative To The Rear To What Suits Your Eye.

Do Both Sides And Measure The Fender Hights To Get It Even.

As A Rule Of Thumb I Normally Set The Fender Ht.frt. And Rear At About 67cm.:mecool:

Recheck Your Toe In.(2-3mm Total Toe In.)

U Can Lower The Car Almost To The Ground And The Tires Should Not Rub.:d

Don't forget to watch for bell housing/oil pan clearance!!!! I have less than 5 inches under bell housing.

I used another method as advised by a dealer. Put a piece of 1 x ? wood on top of your tire and adjust the suspension till the wood touches your wheel well. Be sure to bounce and roll the car to settle the suspension after making an adjustment. Took several tries to get it right. No tire rub yet.
