Check Your Hood Scoop
Hey Guys,
I had been hearing a slight rattle for a while when my car was at idle. Couldn't figure it out until I tugged on the hood scoop today. The front was able to wiggle up and down just a hair. I used a 2.5mm hex key on top and 7mm socket underneath, tightened at least a full turn on every screw. Fired it back up, no more rattle.
I only snugged them down. Didn't want to take a chance on cracking the gel coat.

Did your removable hood scoop come with you setup or did you have it done on your own?

So far so good. I have 'tripple' wired that wheel, after re-surfacing everything that I could. It has been holding together just fine. I still check it everytime I drive it!
