Default loosing front mount differential carrier bolt

looking for help...over the winter installed a 3.91 rear end, when removing the old 3.15 ratio found the 14mm allen bolt to be loose??? At installation of the new 3.91 torqued the 14mm allen to BMW manual spec's of 70 FT/LBS. 1000 miles later a slight banging sound...checked out the noise...the allen bolt is loose again??? From the factory, no washer or lock washer on the bolt? Does it need some thread lock stuff, other problems?

always use red locktite with rear suspension.

OK...If red loc-tite is used, can this bolt be removed without the need of a 500 ft/# impact wrench? IE, just hand tools

To remove fasteners secured with Loc-Tite it is best to first apply heat (with a heat gun) to melt the Loc-Tite. It is a common practice in my line of work.
