Default Steering damper info...has anyone installed it

Gents, I found this website with regards to steering dampers...http://www.borgeson.com/ and http://www.borgeson.com/VibrationDamp.htm . This would have to be the next step to fully eliminating any slight steering wheel shake...the next million dollar question...what size adapter could be fitted to the steering column of my BDR #98...what fabrication would be necessary and at what location on the column would this damper be installed ?? If there is a way to accomplish this modification, I'm sure numerous BDR owner's would benefit. Has anyone already made a similar modification to their Backdraft ?
With best regards,
Randy

I've been looking at that damper for over 2 years. I even went so far as to put together all of the part numbers of the joints and shafts needed to install in my car and where to but them. I'm just not convinced this will solve the problem. I believe these joints are made to absorb vibration. Not the side to side "shimmy" that I can't seem to get rid of. At times the outside edge of the steering wheel can dance back and forth 1/4". That seems more then a vibration damper would be able to dampen.

To install one you would need to ditch both existing U-joints. Replace the entier section from where it bolts to the steering column to the rack.
