Windshield washer bottle source?
Does anyone have a part # for the windshield washer bottle on the early Backdrafts?

Windshield washer?
Helleshin, I threw my right wiper blade in the boot five years ago because the linkage was jacked from the factory!!!
What next, your CD player skips?
I have been trying to find a source for the cap/sending unit for my master cylinder for four years, nothing.
Buy a bottle of Windex and NEVAR drive a BDR on wet asphalt!
Sorry, just a little bitter.

Maybe I should have added the washer bottle is being used to inject fluid right after the mass airflow on a Kenny Bell blown engine to cool the intake air. Now, ya got one or not? If not shut up!

Maybe you should have explained it better... most people aren't driving these things in rain or in heavy bug traffic to use a windshield washer. Great attitude when asking for some help! Good Luck.

Chet,
I cannot remember the washer bottle being standard. The wiring was always there but the system was usually dealer installed for the State Registration requirements. On the Venoms a bottle was there.
Most parts on those early cars can be sourced from either a BMW, VW, or Toyota. Atleast I narrowed it down for you.

No but some states require it for inspection. What did you add by this post? If someone asks a legitimate question, then why post unless you have relevant information to help them?

Boy, if that was the benchmark for posting then about three quarters of my posts would be history.... (This one's a perfect example.)

Yeah, but can you blame a poster for getting frustrated when taking jabs over a simple question?
And yes, it seems 3/4 of your posts are irrelevant, the other 25% about FFR are entirely accurate.

I see now that my friend has turned into a moderator of this forum...great! So be careful of what you post in order to meet his/her approval.

Cashburn's been mean to me too. I say we wait for him after recess; we'll fix his wagon.

Nope, Patrick, you are fun to have around and amusing... and you've also been known to include helpful information. This other guy is like when the wind shifts next to a water treatment plant. I am anything but moderate

I'll see if I can find any numbers on mine...
I took it out & put a brake vacuum reservoir in its place.
Will let you know in the next day or so-

Cbreez -- see? It only took a minor adventure in gratuitous ball-busting and you now have both Slick61 and Trueoo7 chasing your part down for you.

cbreez, it's nice to know that you have A friend. I didn't think that was possible.
(How's that for a helpful post? )

Glad to help, cbreez.
patrickt is just having some fun, but you can't seem to have any fun at all. How sad.
Why don't you send me another "nastygram" PM? Maybe it will make you feel adquate. Besides, I love sharing them.
