Thumbs up MiniNats--Tony, Randy, Tom T., and...?

I've seen from recent postings that Tony and Randy will be there with their SPFs, and I'll be there with my Contemporary (No. 147). Tony and Randy, are you going to participate in open track? Anybody else? Look forward to seeing you guys!

Thumbs up

Yup! I'll be there... I've signed up for 2 days in the Yellow Group. With only about 100 miles on my new SPF, I want to start slooooow.

Keep the shiney side up,
Randy R...

Default ...and Randy K. will be there too on Saturday AM

Hi Tom,

I'll be there, with Pat, to watch and do a parade lap on Saturday. I will be over with Gary Greenie (sp?), Mike, Randy R. and Scott T. in the paddock. See you there!

All the best

Fellas,

This should be great! This weekend shows every indication of being a real scorcher--Tony, I don't know if anyone has told you how easy it is for old farts like us to get dehydrated. If not--start drinking a lot of water or some sports concoction (e.g., Gatorade), by Thursday evening or Friday morning. Don't stop until after the event. Bring ice or gel bags or whatever to put on your neck in between sessions--at Thunderhill I melted ice cubes on top of my head! Straw hats are great--dome protection and ears don't get burned.

See you guys soon,

TT

Are you guys planning on coming to breakfast and then leaving from there? I've been talking to Mr. Potatohead-Larry about going up together. So any other plans out there?

Thanks,
Mike

Mike,

One of the great things about living in Novato, which I do, is being only fifteen minutes from Sears Point. The downside is that it's about an hour from the breakfast joint. So, no breakfast for me.

Hi Mike,

I plan to drive direct to Sears Point and to skip breeakfast...at this point. This might change Saturday AM, but ll only know then. The plan is to get to the Mini Nats as early as possible from way down here!
