Default Polisher

Can anyone recommend a good aluminum/Stainless steel polisher around the south or east bay? I thinking of having my knockoff's done.

Thanks...

Mike

I have not used Ken, but he was highly recommended to me.

Mike,

What do you need done? We have an in house polishing/graining guy in the sheetmetal shop that I work in. We are on Southfront Rd in Livermore, off first and 580.

Mike
Check out www.californiacustom.com (1-800-457-1242) They have a product called "Purple Metal Polish" that is suppose to be fantastic. I saw a post on the FFR Forum yesterday about it. Before and after pictures were also posted on the forum. Quite impressive. I'm going to order one and try it out.
Cheers,
Sawdust

Terry,
I just wanted to get my four knockoffs polished up. Mine are just plain SS and could use some brightening up.

I did mine. Used 3M scotchbrite rollock discs with an angle die grinder. That removed the rough casting smooth enough to buff. Eastwood sells a buffing kit for stainless. Check my gallery for pics.

I want to second the purple polish from California Custom. This stuff works GREAT! I ordered it after reading it on this thread and got it in Friday. The polish works very good but I think the part that makes if EFFORTLESS is the Aluminum Deoxidizor.
It put a shine on some parts I have not been able to get right for a long time.
