Default Video: Pat's Police Chase at Laguna Seca

As many of you heard, Pat's take off at Laguna Seca was epic and involved an officer of the law. The video isn't the greatest and although we all know why the footage is so shaky, I'm going to take the high road and blame it on the cobra's rough idle. Keep an eye on the top left corner of the screen and turn the volume up. Enjoy!

For those that weren't at Cherry's Jubilee here's what happened (and what to look for in the video):

As part of the Cherry's Jubilee car show in Monterey they had parade laps at Laguna Seca. Parade laps at this track include a waiver and agreement to abide to certain rules ( No speeding, spinning tires, etc) Appearently Pat B. didn't read the fine print on the waiver. In the video you can hear Pat take off ( his tires were smoking in first & second) If you look near the rear view mirror you can see the CHP bike cop pull up then take off after Pat with his lights flashing. He eventually caught up at turn 1 and then followed close behind Pat for the rest of the session ( 2 laps) still with his lights on to remind Pat he was still there.

BTW: this distraction allowed those that were behind Pat (including me) to have a bit of fun as we slowed to distanced ourselves from the pack then got a "better feel" for the track
