Alice's Sat. 10/6/12
I've been out of town for a couple of weeks and want to get at least one more drive in before the end of summer. I believe a few of you were at Alice's this past weekend; however, that is the venue of choice for this Saturday.
Hope you can make it around 8:30.
Scott - I am out of the loop - what is your new toy?

Sat. @ Alices sounds good. I want to take out the car one more time before I start on the MC replacement - it had never worked well since I installed a power-brake conversion as the front reservoir would fill the rear (external res.) and eventually it started to leak out of the breather hole. I guess the internal valve of the MC is bad. Whitby Motorcars said no problem and sent me out another MC so that's my project for the fall.

It's not mine. It is Danette's. We ordered it back in May, decided not to get it in July, still had it on the show room floor a couple weeks ago. So we went and bought it!! What the heck.

Very nice Scott! Congrats, the car looks great! I too got somthing new, well not for me, I got Andria a black & red Fiat Abarth for her 40th Bday. The thing is an absolute blast and best part the Denali sits during the week = net win on gas costs!

Andrei: if I had to buy a Fiat500, the Abarth Edition would be the one I'd get as well. I saw one a month ago - really like the valve cover on that thing with the Abarth logo... then again, I'm a Scorpio too.

Nice Andrei, The Mustang does better on gas then the Escalade, but not as good as the Fiat thats for sure!! The only thing that bummed me out was I couldn't order it with the super charger since she wanted automatic. After driving it though, it is probably a good thing since Danette like to drive fast!!

Thanks guys! The car is a ton of fun and after a week of driving on a tank it is still at 3/4. The thing has the nastiest little exhaust note! The wife is smiling everytime she gets out of it. A huge bonus for me. I also just picked up a broken BMW M535i euro spec that we are going to start going through.
