Default BAMA Ponies and Snakes Show on August 11th

Just a reminder of the BAMA Ponies and Snakes car show held in Danville on August 11th. Get your application in early as there is only room for 125 cars. Many of you participated last year. You can also get an application via the internet

Good idea. Twice the opportunity to win for the typical two car family...one cobra, one mustang. I don't remember seeing a B. mustang last year.

Stan,

I just got around to reading the email confirmation for "Cobra's and Snakes" and it does suggest that "clubs" that want to park together should arrive at the same time. I remember last year the Cobras were spread out so I suggest that those bringing their Cobras (I don't know about you and Randy R since you have both) . arriving early is suggested. As I remember things got pretty full early. We could meet at Athen's ( not for breakfast) at 8:00 and crusie over. I think that there is a place to eat close by after check in.

Thoughts?,

Hey Mike,

I've registered my Bullitt - this is the first time I'm showing her, so it should be fun.

I'm not 100% sure what the plan is for my family. I know that my wife enjoys this show, but I can't imagine that if we (da wife & da kids & I) drive up together in the "Pony Car", will da kids last all day. I have a feeling that I'll be bringing up the "Pony Car", and da wife will bring da kids in the "land yatch" (along with chairs, shade and cooler).

Since I'm not sure about the "transporation up", I can't commit to any pre-show meeting plans.

I plan to be at breakfast on Saturday, so we can discuss this further...

Have Fun,
Randy R...

I believe they may be parking the cars by year and make. This would make it much easier to vote on the cars.

Default Snake & Pony Show

Anyone interested in meeting closer to the destination on Sunday, pull up in front of Cooks and Books and Corks at 148 E. Prospect Ave, Danville between 8:15-8:30 AM. We can go the short distance and try to get set up together. See you all there!
