Allan

Best thing you could do, then, is call and talk to David and Tom at 801-377-8224 and/or think about a trip to Provo. Exceptional people--one of the main reasons I chose to go with them. I'm sure they could direct to somebody in your area to eyeball a car in the meantime. If you're undecided a month or so from now and still need to see a car, I do need to come up there for one of those breakfasts I keep hearing about.

Jamo,
I'm looking forward to seeing your new ride. Are you getting a turnkey ? What motor and what color ? Will you be driving it up ?

A roller. Just hope everything comes together in about a month. Engine being put together here in Fresno.

No color--brushed aluminum with the ghost stripes...

When it's done--it will be driven!

Jamo,

Sounds very cool. Ghost stripes on aluminum. What finish for the roll bar and other trim, side pipes and/or quickjacks ? I hate to ask, but BB or SB ? Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it'll be the first Kirkham to attend breakfast. Car that is, we've had a human. Actually, there's Mark Roe's car, but it's been rebadged.

Black for the bar, pipes, jacks--but I'm getting an aluminum scoop so it matches the body.

Geez--the comments under my flag should answer the engine question. 427 Shelby block, worked Edelbrock heads, 4.250 Velasco crank to take it to 480ci... Toploader.

You telling me no other Kirkham has made it to the breakfast?

Duuhhhh,
Now I see. I'm so used to subliminally seeing certain famailiar avatars out of the corner of my eye that I only pay attention to the message. Motor sounds pretty testicular. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that the only Kirkham to show up at breakfast to date has been one of the bros. Not to say that there aren't aluminum cars on a regular basis.

Jamo,
The rebadge Joe refered to is a 40th anniversary Shelby with an aluminum 427. We also have an original 427 that shows every Saturday....It's all goooodddd.

Cool--as soon as she's running, I'll break the baby in on the way up.
