I ran out as the last one shipped out on Monday. I am in the process of making a batch of 16. they will be done in a couple of weeks.
Joe, I would be affraid to bring the TV down to your area as it will be in the back seat of my car. With all of those special drivers you have I do not want it flying through the front windsheild.
I will let everyone know when they are done. Pete we still would like to meet you....

How tight do your pins fit the holes?
OK the spinner removal tool works great, but, but, but, then removing the wheel from the pins????
Just how tight is the fit?
I got the pin-alignment tool from Trigo to set the pins right prior to mounting wheel, but the tolerance between the pins and the holes in the Compomotive wheels is so close, they are a bear to remove. (after fighting for two days, I still can only get the right rear wheel on with only four pins, if I put the fifth pin in, there is no way the wheel will go over all five pins)
Watching the Formula One, and Cart races this weekend (arn't they pin drives), the pit crews removed/replaced the wheels with ease. The tolerance on the pins/holes can't be as close as mine.
Anyone hone out the wheel holes to make the install/removal process easier?

Wayne,
Are the studs straight? Will the pin fit into the 5th hole when free of the adapter? The first time I mounted my trigo wheels it was a bear. After driving on them, the studs realigned and removal and remount was a piece of cake. I did make a problem for myself once when I re torqued the pins. Due to the anti seize, the drive slipped out of the head of the pin and flared the end slightly, but enough so that remount was a problem. Did you flare the head while you torqued it in place? If so, it will be difficult to insert the pin in the hole even when not mounted on the studs.
Cheers, Pete

Allan, Did you leave one for me at Turks? If so he probably sold it at the dealership with a 400% mark up! Sheesh!
Cheers, Pete
PS Will you be at the NorCal open track at Thunderhill? Perhaps I could pick it up there?

Pete C'
{{I got the pin-alignment tool from Trigo to set the pins right prior to mounting wheel}}
Yes the pin does fit any of the holes on it's own.
I just don't understand why it needs to be such a tight fit, the other three wheels did fit, but barely.
Seems to me the pins could be made out of a harder material, when tapping them into alignment so they will fit thru the "pin-alignment tool" from Trigo they can be damaged really easy, after the first couple of taps, I started using a block of wood btwn the hammer and the pin so as to not dent/damage the pins.

I have had a few request for some more spinner tools, I would prefer to make a batch of six in lieu of one or two. If you have any interest please let me know. The price has gone up to $85 each.
Thanks,
Allan
