Joe still doesn't have his car back. I agree with your assessment on what it should take to fix however from what I know from Joe it appears that the car is getting a complete re-paint and that the painter is a bit backed up.

Joe can provide the details on schedule etc...........

Perhaps I am naive, but couldn't you buy a whole new body and have it painted for less than $20,000.00??? then the car would be whole again!!
