CA SB-708 Smog Law Amended!!

I had numerous discussions with my state legislator and was assured that some changes would be made to the SB-708 language. I just checked the revised SB-708 today and the language was changed to exempt autos with a model year prior to 1974 IF you drive less than 12,000 miles per year.....

Well, it's not everything, but it is something....Here is the URL to the revised SB-708
