I can't add much more than to say, "Thank you!!!".
This was the largest Cobra event we've ever attended, and it went off flawlessly. The event was meticulously detailed and organized; it started on time, and the timing between the different groups visiting the wineries ran like a Swiss watch. The routes were not too long or too short - and we were able to complete the event and get home on a single tank of gas. We even passed a couple of groups going the other way on the routes - this was sooo cool to see a line of slithering snakes in front of us, behind us and coming right at us. The after event meal (late lunch or early dinner) was absolutely delicious, with plenty of great food and drink for everyone. And, of course, the raffle was plentiful - good luck the DVSF ticket winners!
The weather was perfect, and like Joe, I wish I put on a bit more sunscreen in the morning. My face looks a bit like a lobster
The events at the winery were fun, challenging and very imaginative. They were a big source of laughs, and the photographer at Mitchell Katz Winery took great photos - I think almost everyone bought a photo! And with $5 of the photo purchase going to Team Jenny, who could resist?!?!?
Last, it's the people who make the event spectacular. I met new friends, saw some old friends, and everyone was in great spirit. I heard of no accidents, or incidents, and I heard of only one minor mechanical problem that was readily fixed. I believe that everyone who started the tour, finished the tour, and this quite a feat considering we had 49 Cobras!
Thanks to the Tour de Vin coordinators (and their co-pilots!). Great event, and my co-pilot and I are looking forward the next event - Cobras to the Coast!
Thanks,
Randy R...
