This has to be the best show I've ever entered.

ttt...
I recall that the display parking for this event is on a first-come, first-servered basis. I'm registered, and was wondering if any other Cobra owners want to meet first in order to drive in together in order to park together... If so, Fremont Ford is very close to Newpark Mall, which has a ton of parking. We can meet somewhere at Newpark Mall, if there's enough interest.
Thanks,
Randy R...

I really not sure how this thing is going to be set up. I thought they sort of grouped the cars by model.

Per the "Car Show Confirmation", 4th bullit under "Things you should know" says:
- Parking spots will be "as you come in", so if you want to park together, then enter the lot together.
So, my offer still stands for those who are participating...
Please let me know...ok?
Thanks,
Randy R...

Monday's Fremont Argus...
From today's Fremont Argus:
http://www.theargusonline.com/Storie...550930,00.html
I guess Dan took my BACC Club Card a bit too seriously...
Had a good time with Stan, Scott, and Mike (the new guy) - Mike's got a vintage SPF!
See ya at Breakfast,
Randy R...

Bay Area Mustang Show WOW!!!!
I really still can't believe the money Fremont Ford must have invested in this car show. A live band, dj, Raiderettes, free food and drinks, a karate show, including two dragons and lots more. This could become the best show in the Bay Area. I would guess that with word of mouth that next year there could be 300 to 400 cars entered.

I liked the quote you got Randy. I would have liked to have seen "Randy Rosenberg gleefully showed off his 2001 metallic blue replica 427 Cobra convertible. "
BTW: Has Bessie seen your new avitar
Stan: you are right it was a very well done show (I still like the Merchantile for a location) but Magnuson did a great hosting job.
see ya,
Mike

Yeah... Well... The quotes aren't 100% accurate, so why should the "colorful" words in the article...
My SPF wasn't chosen for an award, but being quoted in the local paper is probably the best award of all!!!
Of the 6 Cobras at the show, the only Non-SPF Cobra was Scott's coupe. Go figure....
BAMA and Fremont Ford have a few logistic issues to solve for next year, and the importance of solving these rise if they plan on increasing participation. But other than that, the show was great, and I agree with Stan that it has the potential of becoming one of best shows in the Bay Area.
Oh? About my avitar? Nope, Bessie hasn't seen it... And if she did, then she'd just roll up her eyes, like this She's great - she understands that I'm a guy "Look, but don't touch!" - kinda like the Raiderettes at the show...
See ya,
Randy R...
