Allan,
Could you post a pic of your spinner tool and price so I can check it out? I may be interested.
Thanks, John Marsey

Allan: While my six-pound mallet hasn't failed me yet, I too would be interested in a photo of the spinner tool and price, just in case I run into a problem in the future. Thanks, Rich.

Ok,
Here you go. They are $80 each plus shipping. I will bring a few to the BACC breakfast this weekend.

Mulv,
Given all the agony you are going through now with your knock off spinners, I only hope your tires are not going to need to be replaced anytime soon. I can only imagine what your charge would be for mounting your tires. Good luck with your Trigo's. This has been a lot of fun to read.

Allan,
Kindly explain to the uninformed how your "tool" works. From what I can see, you engage all three ears simultaneously with the busy end (after popping the center cap off to engage the center spine), grab the end knob with one hand and beat on either end of the "T" portion with a hammer. Is that correct?

Yes,
That is how it works, some guys have put a jack on the free end so they can give it a good hit without having to worry about hitting the car. Note that some rubber or other material may be needed to protect the spinner from nicks. It is not pretty it just does the job. The idea came from another BACC President and I just make them to help people out.
