Default West Bay Breakfast - Gas Up!

Hey everyone,

Just a reminder that this Saturday marks the first Saturday of the month and hence the next Bay Area Cobra Club's West Bay breakfast in Mountain View! What better way to kick-off the weekend? Be sure to pass this along to anyone else that might be interested also. One stated goal was to get started a little later this time . Last time out, it was clear that no one was "crowding" into our parking lot (or into Bajis' for that matter) while we were there, so this should be safe. Let's try backing it up by a 1/2 hour and see how that goes - we can take it from there.

So gas up your Cobra and drive down to Bajis' on Saturday - we'll see you at 8:00AM. I will bring the name tags.

Address:

Thank you;

I just want to thank everyone for making my day..You see, about a year or so ago, i went out to Danville for breakfast..That got me going into getting a cobra..So, much that i went back to work inorder to start saving..As of today, i am half way there..

You see, i was the man who was wandering around the parking lot this morning with the BMW shirt on..I went back to work as a service writer right down the street at Cal BMW..

Thank again for being there..

Take care

Rick

Hey Rick,

That is nice to hear. But next time, please sit down and have some breakfast or a cup of coffee with us. Its nice to meet a new Cobra enthusiast. I have owned a few BMWs before, and am considering buying another. Might be good to chat. Stay tuned for the next breakfast time/date.

/Chris

Hi,

We are skipping the weekend of 9/4 for Labor Day, and because of the conflict with the Shelby Club run at Infineon. We will re-convene on Saturday 9/11. I'll send a reminder and provide details as the date approaches. See you then!

/Chris

I was thinking of going to the show either Sat or Sun. Not sure if I am going to register to put my car in or not. I think the show starts at 10:00 am ?

What I've figured out is that during the summer, there is always some kind of event going on - Cobras to the Coast, Wine Country Tours, Mini Nats, Concours events, Shelby events, Laguna Seca, Infineon, Thunderhill, you name it.

I won't personally be going to the Kit Car event on 9/11. Busy prepping my car for my new Stroker. Can't wait!!!!

Hello All,

Time for another Cobra "SPAM" e-mail to remind you to get down to Bajis' in Mountain View for breakfast this Saturday morning at 8AM. The weather will undoubtedly be warm, your sidepipes will be hot, and the coffee will be tepid at best. My Cobra is temporarily without engine, but I'll still be behind a V8 and RWD (in my sedan). Topic for discussion this week will be AB 2863, which was finally passed by the assembly and state senate, and is on the Govenator's desk for signature. If you can read all the information on this link , and correctly interpret the impact to Cobra owners, your breakfast is free.

So gas up and drive down to Bajis' on Saturday - we'll see you at 8:00AM. I will bring the name tags.
