I'm stuck in Pleasant Hill for a few days. Can anyone reccomend a good cruise-in type car show this weekend? Thanks.

I'm staying at the Residence Inn on Ellinwood in PH and working over in Martinez. I will probably head back East on Friday. I was just looking for a little show or something to pass the time on Saturday night, but obviously I started looking too late. Two weeks ago I drove about 45 minutes across Austin, TX to go to a so-so show at a shopping center, then found out the next day that there was a good show right up the street from my hotel! You think I'd learn by now.

There has been a pretty good show on Friday evenings about a mile from your hotel down at the Sunvalley mall next to the Baja Salza restaurant. It usually starts about 4:30 and goes till dark..... Will you be in town for that one...

Bill: Stick around a couple of extra days for the Palo Alto Concours d'Elegance next Sunday the 26th, if you can. Lots of Cobras and other interesting machinery. More details earlier in this section. You won't be sorry. Rich
