Post Lamont/Emerson Cobra Bash

Most of you will already know this but since I just received the notice today, I will post it here as some of you have came up in the past years. Saturday, August 6, is to be our yearly Cobra Bash and get together at Jay's with lots of good food and fun. Terry Geiser and Dave Dodge have came to all of them and can tell you about it. But all are invited. Any questions you can contact Bill Emerson or one of the two members I mentioned above. Hope to see more of you back this year.

Ron

Default More fun at the Emerson Bash

Make more that one day trip to the Emerson Cobra Bash/BBQ on the 6th of August.
Bill Emerson and David Ray (of Hooked on driving) have decided to kick it up a notch this year by providing a special two day deal for Emerson Cobra/BBQ friends and family.

In addition to everything at Jay's place on Sat. Bill has worked out a discount to the Hooked on Driving track day at Thunderhill on Aug the 5th (Friday) and a discount at the Hilton Garden Hotel near Jay and Bill's locations.

Any one going to the BBQ will get a $25 discount certificate for the friday HOD event and a $15 discount at the Hilton Garden Inn (South of Redding 10 rooms blocked)

Anyone going to the BBQ and not wanting to do the whole day at Thunderhill. An opertunity to do a parade lap of the Thunderhill Raceway during the noon lunch break. (free lap, but lunch is extra-$15). Also anyone going to BBQ can stop by the track during the HOD event and we will give a Demo ride in an instructor car, some limited avalibility. These are a few laps at a quick pace, usually producing many smiles.
Call Bill for more details or e-mail me about the HOD stuff.

Thumbs up Invitation open to all friends and family

The Emerson Cobra Bash/BBQ is open to all Cobras, GT40's Ford GT's and their enthusiasts.
No, you don't have to own an Emerson car.
This is a friends and family Affair.
Friends or family of Emerson MotorSports, Bay Area Cobra Club, NORCAL Cobras, Hooked on Driving, or know somebody who knows somebody.

A cobra is not required for the HOD event on Friday. See Hookedondriving.com for details on HOD schedule and requirements
