Its usually the same old dirt lot separated by chain link fence, next to the paved lot saved for the featured club each year. And if what ya bring is not original, don't be suprised if you get asked to park further out a few rows with other replicas and other misc kit cars. A few years ago we were lucky enough to park on the paved area at Ford's 100 Anniversary, but every other year - dirt.

I had a pass last year. You still had to park in the dirt. I would not bring my car again unless it was the paved lot like we got at the 100 year Ford Races. We put goggels on when we hit the road to keep the dust out of our eyes.

Got to do these races. Need Jim to autograph my cherry Laguna Seca Program from 1965 with the Chaparral on the cover. But the Cobra stays home in it's clean garage. My Brand X gets the dirt. It likes it. I'll see you guys there.  Rich |
