That time of the month again. I am sure with the good weather everyone would like to get thier cars out. There was plenty of seating left on the 17th. I thought it must have been forecast for rain since there was only 5 cars there.

I had planned to be there, but I couldn't get my ride to Yosemite to cut me any slack, so I'm on the road south at (ugh) 7:00 AM. I'll think of you guys when I'm chowin' down on that BBQ sammy and sippin' on some fine German suds. Or Chateau Garage. See ya' on the 15th. Rich

I can do it. Kris in the black SPF will be along also. Want to meet at the Starbucks on Kooser? Well look at that, I think I know where I'm going.

Scott, The drive home was great. Twice the HP really makes a difference. I felt like I was standing still.

It was a nice day for a drive. Just wounder what has happened to everyone else.
The hp is good . I hit the one bump on the freeway and felt the back tires break loose a little. I don't know whats going to happen when I have to go to a smaller diameter tire.
Have a great 4th.

I gotta stop posting when I'm drinkin' martinis, Scott. A small, but wild group showed up this morning for superior omelettes, etc. John shared his Tales from the Crypt with us (the long wait for his CSX 6000). Rich

Default Project Ludicrous Speed visiting Breakfast!

I'm pleased to announce that my project Cobra is now completely registered and will be visiting breakfast this Sat at Athens on the way to an extended stay at Kens (streetrodpainter) for paint and body work.

Joe Cloutier and I will be trailering it up there Sat, and will stop by for breakfast and show&tell. No rides this weekend; the car is partially disassembled for the body shop. Just enough to make it run so we fat guys don't have to work hard loading and unloading it.

So, if you want to see a weird one that'll make the purist shudder in horror...see you there! LOL
