Default **TOUR de VIN Signup Open**

It's Time………………………. For

BACC Tour de Vin June 9 & 10 (OPEN to ALL COBRA, GT, Daytona Coupe owners)

For this the 6th annual BACC Tour de Vin we will be exploring Calaveras County.

Wine has a long history in Calaveras County, in particular the small historic Gold Rush town of Murphys. There are records detailing winemaking as an industry in the area as far back as the 1850s……………

Yep, BACC will be traversing the back roads of Calaveras County AND because this years tour is in the Sierra foothills which is a bit of a trek for some , we have arranged for overnight accommodations at the Murphy's Suites hotel in ……WHERE ELSE MURPHYS!!

This years trip promises to be another great outing with a number of special venues & features including custom weather (not to exceed last years temp.) AND our traditional BACC post tour BBQ at a location that you just don't want to miss.

For details and registration information go to www.baccevents.com and follow the link to Tour de Vin 2007.

NOTE: there are a limited number of rooms available so sign up early!!!!

Can the "Sonora Snakes" join the party? There are three maybe four of us up here. Of course we don't need accomodations, we live 18 to 20 miles away. We also know all the back roads, as well as Murphys.

There WERE 35 rooms blocked for the overnight option for Tour de Vin. Those rooms have all been booked.

There is still plenty of room on Tour de Vin for those that don't wish to spend the night.
Overnight Options:

1) An additional 10 rooms have been blocked in Angels Camp (10 min drive from Murphys) at the Angels Inn

2) Keep checking with the Murphys Suites hotel for cancellations

3) The Murphys Inn may have rooms available on 5/9
(currently all rooms are tied up in "wedding blocks" but there will most likely be a few rooms available on that date.)

See BACCEVENTS.comfor contact information on the options

To those that have booked your rooms AND those planning on attending Tour de Vin

PLEASE SEND IN YOUR REGISTRATIONS TODAY!!!

Just a thought - We have just booked a room at the Victorian Inn in "downtown" Murphys. It is quaint (no TV's), includes breakfast, comfortable beds and nice people. They apparently still have a few rooms left. While no dedicated parking lot, they do have off-street parking and I would sure enjoy a few other Cobra's in the lot.

Oh maannn...no more rooms? That bites! Looks like I'll be staying in Forest Meadows! But I'll be there! You need flight leaders?
