Default North Bay Sunday Breakfast

A few of us North Bay'ers are getting together Sunday at 9:00am for breakfast at Flipper's in Petaluma (the one downtown). This is our first get together. Everyone is welcome.

How many Cobras are in the North Bay? Come join us.

Default RE Oct 5th Breakfast Meeting - North Bay

Paul - I'm so glad you and Don have come up with this idea. Its about time we had some sort of (hopefully recurring) breakfast meeting here in the North Bay, and Petaluma seems a pretty good central location. I also understand that wives or "significant others" are encouraged to join in.

The weather is supposed to clear by Sunday. For clarification, there are two Flippers in Petaluma and this breakfast will be at the Flippers along the river at 54 East Washington Street. I'll try to be there (with or without a co-pilot) by 9am but I may have to duck out early for another engagement. I'm also trying to get ahold of other north bay Cobra owners even though this is rather "last minute". See you'all on Sunday.

Looks like we have 3 or 4 cars coming. Perhaps more. All this on private mail. So don't be shy. Come on by Sunday.

Some of the group are going down to Sausalito to enter a car show after breakfast.

Default North Bay Cobras

We had a great turnout for a last-minute, first-time meet. 8 cars. Looks like there is some interest in getting together on a regular basis. It was nice to meet everyone.

We plan to get together the first Sunday of every month. Next meeting is November 2nd.

We already have our first event tentatively planned for next month. Visiting a car collection. More about that if and when it is set. So we will either meet in Santa Rosa (if we have the event set) or at Flippers in Petaluma. Our regular meet will be at Flippers.

Thanks to Bob and Don for getting the word out.

Default Thanks Paul and Don

Paul - What great pictures and what a nice time. Thanks so much.

I've posted a separate thread about developing a contact list for North Bay Cobra owners and will be making a number of calls and sending out emails to complete the info before it is published. In fact, when the list is "presentable" I will send out a draft copy and ask everyone to proof their info. As discussed, home addresses will NOT be included.

I will respond to PMs if anyone has specific info they want put in the list.

Default Update and More Pictures

Gang - Looks as if DenBeste's is closed on the date of our next planned breakfast, 11/2, but they say they can accomodate an informal tour on 12/7. So, appears as if we'll have breakfast again in Petaluma and then perhaps in the north area of Santa Rosa in December. The DenBeste tour will blow your mind!!!
