Here's something you don't see in San Jose
A shot of a major snowstorm coming across Lake Erie, taken from the window of my office in Buffalo.
Made reservations to fly back to San Jose for a couple of weeks right after I took this pic.

Hi Greg,
We are on the top floor of the HSBC Center in Buffalo, which puts us at about 530 feet.
Weather.com shows 70d in San Jose and advises that you "plan a scenic drive" on Saturday...

Pu$$ies..............
That's just a small "flurry". After you have been here for a few years, then you can post a real "snowstorm"
BTW, taken from the HSBC tower?
You know what the execs from Shanghai said after the first visit to US HQ in January? The banks acronym (HSBC), "Holy Sh!t, Buffalo's Cold!!!!!"

Yah---I thought she looked a little young,
--but for some reason the internet just didnt have a 35 year old woman that was well educated , thoughtful and --a bikini model.
--go figure.

Hi guys,
Thought you might enjoy a follow-up pic. Here is the view from my Buffalo office today. All that white stuff in the distance, top-left, is ice on Lake Erie.
Kind of puts the minor hassle of standing in line once for a couple of hours to get an SB100 number in perspective, doesn't it?
Can't wait to get back to Miami later this week, and looking forward to seeing you all in February.
Chuck

Ice being held out of the Niagara River (actually a "strait", not a river by strict definition) by the famed "Ice Boom" a bunch of phone poles linked by big a$$ed chains! Keeps the big ice floes from trashing docks and more importantly, clogging the water intakes for the Niagara Power Project.
