1995 Ford Mustang Cobra-Black -Story.
Wanted to offer this to BACC first, plus you might find the story entertaining.
We stumbled upon a Black on Black 1995 Cobra Mustang that might make a good track car candidate, or hot rod for a beginner.--but it needs help.
long story, but the car was turned into the SPCA
(Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Automobiles) AKA "the Ranch"
--by its owner due to an errant daughter/boyfriend/step brother fight over the car. She gave us the car , we paid for the tow.
Bottom Line, the car was given to the "wrong sibling" and the "boyfriend" decided to get even at the daughters behest.
So... he [the "boyfriend" ] decided to remove the crankshaft /harmonic balancer bolt, the HB worked itself loose and has come partially off the crank, tilted at about a 20 degree angle and carved a path through the lower portion of the timing cover.
I am going to look at it in the daylight tomorrow or Thursday to see the extent of damage.
The car is in rough shape it has been in teenage hands, and then parked for a while, -- but is an actual cobra mustang gt. 5.0L
Send me a PM for more info.
