Weather isn't looking to good for Saturday! Is the plan to still go rain or shine?

Scott,
What kind of crystal ball are you using to get the weather forecast for February 21st?

Hey Doug,
At this moment, I'm sitting at JFK waiting on a plane. Been in Florida for the last couple of weeks and now on the way back to Buffalo for a few of days, then back to Miami for a few weeks.
I'm planning to get back to CA and join in on the 21st, if I can get there a couple of days early and re-install the intake and get running. Hope to see you then.
Chuck

Forget my brain fart statement. To much stuff going on, and not looking at dates right. Leaving for vacation in a week. Maybe that has something to do with it.

Hey Chuck,
Good to hear from you. Sounds like you're keeping the airlines in business. Hope you can make it on 2/21.

We are trying something new for 2009.
An "evite" has been sent out to everyone on the BACCEVENTS mailing list and we will use the responses for planning (such as providing the lunch count for Dynamic Auto West).
If you have not yet signed up for event notifications on http://www.baccevents.com please do so to get added to the mailing list. All addresses are confidential and will only be used for event notifications
If you have indicated you are planning on attending in this thread please also respond to the evite
Thanks!!

WOW,
It looks like folks like to use evite. We already have 25 confirmations and I notice that some folks on this thread that indicated they are coming have not yet responded to the evite. So it looks to be a great turn out.
If you received the evite please respond back if you will be attending or not and if you didn't receive it see my previous post.
Thanks,
See ya

Hello All
Hey guys, the 'other' K-Car owner here. Long time. Been doing the weekly/weekend drive to Tahoe (boys on are on the Squaw Valley Ski Team); leaves little time to get together, drive the car, etc.
WOuld love to make it as it sounds terrific. That said, race weekend.
Have fun!

Hi Guys,
Plan to leave Rock House around 9:30 - 10:00, onto 580 to San Mateo Bridge and staight across to RWC.
If you have a Fast Pass bring them for the toll.
That would put us into RWC around 10:30 - 11:00.

Any one know what parking is available - space is generally limited in that area or is Harry's dedicating some space? (Sorry if this has been asked before).
Latest head count?

HI Tom,
Harry's will be blocking off their lot for the event on the side facing the Dynamic Showroom....
Latest headcount is 49 people and 32 cars.
