Leave Scotts Valley at 7:00 am, meet Dave at the 76 Gas Station in Saratoga at 7:30 am, then up to Alice's when they open at 8:00 am? Too early?
That's our usual schedule, but I'm open.

Like Rodney, my daughter has a 9:00 am soccer game in Hollister which means I need to leave the house around 7:15 am. Getting better at taping ankles thanks to you tube!!
Have a good drive. And drive carefully! Not sure if you guys saw the street bike laying against the bank last Saturday?? I didn't see the rider, so I'm not sure how bad it was!!

At least my game is local. Hollister? Oye vey.
I know someone who travels for soccer to Ripon, Morgan Hill, Sacramento almost every weekend, plus trips to SoCal, Oregon, Texas and Colorado too (ODP/PDP). Scott, so we don't have it so bad.
Taping ankles? Wow, what a trooper.
I would still like to try to squeeze a drive in early, if possible.

Sounds good to me. There's also a Starbucks across the street from the 76 Station in Saratoga. I'm an equal opportunity java consumer.
I haven't rousted my neighbors out of bed on an early Saturday morning in while or set off any car alarms, so I'm due. The house next door is in escrow...I think they may in for a little surprise.

My engine builder is Chris Dawkins. He has built a 351 that is in my 65 gt350r clone race car (how i met him since the seller had him do the work), the 427 (actually large bore short stroke 490) side oiler in my cobra and he is building a 331 race motor for my semi tube framed (has headed to be a gt-1 car in canada) 93 mustang race car. GREAT guy. Really knowledgable. Has worked on everything from mazdas to f1 cars but hi po fords (ESPECIALLY fe's) are his passion. Anything from a mild ("stock") street motor to an all out - take no prisoners kick ass race motor. The cool thing about him besides that he is local, is that he will sit down and build you a motor that is optimized for your application as opposed to a "crate" motor or what is being "mass " that will probably be okay (probably more than you need) but not optimized, for about the same money as an off the shelf motor. He also has a very strong belief in standing behind what he sells. Needless to say I highly reccomend him
NO ONE is more happy than me that my suspension is working right now!

Screeeeech! Cameron has a baseball game Saturday morning at ten. I had forgotten about this (which, incidentally, takes me out of the Father of the Year running...).
Not this weekend. You're going to have to terrorize Hwy 17 without me.
Next time!

I'm just going to go to the 76 station and wait 'til 7:30am and then leave for Alice's. After breakfast, I'll just follow the crowd.

Steve and Dave,
Alice's sounds good to me, but I know you guys were there last week. John (Shelbyracer) in Scotts Valley and I will meet you at the 76 station at 7:30 am. I'm going to just head out 84 to Hwy 1 South after breakfast. If we want, we can cut over at Bonny Doon over Empire Grade and take another road that would drop us in Felton at Hwy 9.

I'm still in a holding mode. I'm trying to squeeze it in, and if I do, I would have to blow out of there around 9:00 AM to get to the soccer game. If I go, then I'll probably get to Alice's about 15-20 minutes early or so and order up.

They open right at 8:00 am. They're pretty quick, so you should be fine. Live on the wild side man.
