Picked up my Butler in August, equiped with a Chevy 350. Per the old sales materials that i got with it, this is the engine that they intended for their kits. It fits very well, and with just a few performance modifications, runs very fast, yet is still drivable for my wife.

Hi Steve,
How's your car coming. I spent 6 years building mine. In the last 16 years I've rebuilt just about everything again, sometimes twice. If I can provide any help, let me know.

Theres an 89 (I think thats the year) here in Hawaii with a 351W. Very nice car, I was surprised to see the Ford engine (pleasently surprised I must say, lol). I offered a low ball figure to buy it, but he wouldn't budge, NOT For sale.

Hi, I know of two, one in San Carlos and the other over in Hayward. I know the one in San Carlos/Belmont, on Harbor Blvd right off 101 is for sale. The owner, Ed, pulled the engine out (Chevy engine/Doug Nash box) about 10 years ago and it's been sitting in his shop since. He sold the box and engine awhile back. It also has those 3 piece rims, a big thick chrome roll bar with the bar going in the passenger side foot well. Dam, those where some strong built cars, closing the door on the thing makes you think you could lift it by the doors.
