Yeppers...got your PM mate....all sounds great....I'll answer later. :)

As you say, with cats and the ECU doin it's job bouncing off the O2 sensors will keep most things clean.

I just hope that those in office do follow the conversations to an end and take the advice of the authorities by collectively getting all ICV interests together.

There is a simple sequential EFI system for windsors here:

Even uses the Ford ECU...and even looks at home under the hood of a cobra.

Cheers Al.

No worries
Thanks for the info

I got my complete wiring loom back from the sparkie the other day. I've deliberately kept the AU3 ECU. It was a bit of a bugger b/c of smart lock and $$ but it means that the ecu is stock and when it comes time to play it's easily reprogrammable as I said earlier.

Cheers

Nothing wrong with the Ford ecu Al.

Have a read here if you want to know more.

"Waltzing" is a term relating to dancing off with someone elses gear . You must realise Australia is a nation of crooks convicts and thieves... mainly politicians, but we will gladly steal your girlfriends heart or the next chance to beat you in a street race. Who'll come a waltzing matilda with me ?
An 8th generation convict.
Smithy.

My daughter just returned from a study abroad trip to Australia --- I just looked at 350 pix of the trip. She saw a cobra in Melbourne but it went by too fast to get a picture. She really enjoyed the experience and the folks down under.

Actually they all suck when they choose to be in a tempermental mood. Then again that pretty much goes for anything in life.

What are we talking about here guys? It just seems like sacrelig to me to even discuss or consider the possibility of putting anything other than a ford engine in any type of cobra,or cobra replica.(if you're that into chevy engines,go buy a corvette,or camaro,or some other bowtie product).you don't see too many people dropping ford motors in corvettes,do you? P.s.-i love the song"waltzing maltilda"and i want to visit australia someday,(they're a great fun-loving people, they speak english-kinda/sorta and they love americans.they also have a warm climate)!

Seems to me that Bobby doesn't have any idea of the concept that some people build a car from the ground up using whatever parts are available--broken down into 3 or 4 sub catagories--whats available behind the shed, what's within the budget or maybe that the builder wants the best vehicle he can acheive or afford---Hence, you will see lots of Everett-Morrison cars with C4 vett aluminum suspension and aluminum or big cubic inch engines---But Bobby wrote a check, and now he is THE EXPERT on the block!!

Scott---nice collection of garage art--was there any sweat involved or did you just write a check?????????Hoping to finish mine this year---

A lot of sweat Jerry... and a lot of checks. Every one of them from the beginning was a conscious decision. And the latest Chevy LS7 was a conscious choice... not a F-up...
