Windshield Wipers Required in VA?

Was wondering if anybody knew if windshield wipers were required in order to register in VA?

Put em' in, sooner or later you will need them and its a lot easier to do during the build.

Yes they required in Virginia to get an inspection sticker. Kit cars are their own category now and fall under standard inspection criteria. Virginia has all the criteria on line at the DMV site. The folks at my local DMV tried for 30 minutes to get me antique plates but to no avail.................RCT

I thought they are only required if you have them, meaning if you don't have them then they are not.

Just install them now and be done with it. If trying to skimp on spending do it someplace else. If you unexpectantly hit a rain downpour things could be scary.

Yes, install wipers for sure. RainX is your best friend though...

Not having them will limit your resale ability.
